Klaus Fehrenbach GmbH continues to invest consistently in quality and precision: With the Mitutoyo Roundtest RA-10, the company now has a modern roundness measuring device available for demanding measurement tasks. The system complements the manufacturing and testing capabilities in the areas of CNC turned parts, fine turned parts, and precision turned parts.
The Roundtest RA-10 reliably captures shape and roundness characteristics. According to Mitutoyo, the device combines a compact design with comprehensive measurement functions and an excellent price-performance ratio. The high rotational accuracy of the rotary table and the integrated correction functions ensure precise and reproducible measurement results, even for complex components.

Efficiency and sustainability are playing an increasingly important role in modern industrial manufacturing. In order to further optimize our production of precision turned and milled parts, we have replaced our previous air compressor with a modern, energy-efficient compressor from ALMiG Kompressoren.
The new compressed air system enables significantly more efficient and economical generation of compressed air—a key energy source in machining production. Thanks to modern compressor technology, we are reducing energy consumption while increasing the security of supply for our machines and production facilities.
With this investment, we are not only improving the efficiency of our production, but also making an important contribution to more sustainable and resource-efficient industrial manufacturing. A reliable compressed air supply helps us to continue manufacturing high-precision turned and milled parts of consistently high quality for our customers.
Welcome to our second Häberle RobodrillPlus-K 5-axis milling centre in our production facility.
The machine expands our production spectrum immensely, enabling us to offer our customers even more complex milled parts with immediate effect.
We are thus continuing our modernisation to keep our machinery up to date.
Since 01 October 2022, Fabian Fehrenbach has been working in the domestic company as assistant to the management in the areas of marketing and sales in the 5th generation.

We moved into the new finished goods warehouse on 24.02.2023, which is equipped with a chaotic warehouse system.
We now have a new Citizen L32 CNC sliding head automatic lathe in our production to counteract the continuing high order backlog and to keep our machinery up to date with the latest technology.
We continue to rejuvenate our machine park. Another STAR SR-10J Type C has been available to us since April 2021.

On May 22, 2019, our quality management system was reviewed in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 and the certification was issued to us.
Commissioning of the first 5-axis milling centre
In November 2017, our machine park was expanded to include a Hanwha XE26 CNC Swiss-type turning machine.
This represents our next step in continually modernizing our machinery.
Since March 2016 we have been using a digital measurement projector IM-6225T from KEYENCE in our quality assurance.
This ensures the high delivery quality for our customers in the future.
